Hi, I'm April — the baker, the mom, and the heart behind Love Cookie Co.

Love Cookie Co. started during a chapter of my life I never could have planned for. Five years ago, my youngest son was born with end-stage renal disease. His first few years were filled with medical care, and shortly after turning two, he received a kidney transplant.

As a mom of four-3 daughters and my youngest son, being home and present for my family has always been incredibly important to me. About a year after our sons transplant, I was ready to build something of my own — something I could grow while still being home and present for my family. I had always loved baking, so I started with cookies in my home kitchen, and little by little, Love Cookie Co. grew.

What started small has become something I’m incredibly proud of. Today, I get to create cookies for birthdays, celebrations, gifts, local businesses, and everyday moments — all while still being the mom my family needs me to be.

Whether you're planning a birthday party, a corporate event, a wedding, or just want to send someone a gift that says "I'm thinking of you" — we've got you covered. We offer porch pickup, local delivery to businesses,  and we love working with customers to create custom orders for special moments.
